Our Goals
Capital Goals
To reach $150 million in total capital by 2008. We have now exceeded this goal and are planning a new goal to guide our initiatives.
To reach $100 million in bequest expectations by 2008.
Revenue Goals
To be in the top three generators of net revenue among all Canadian hospital foundations.
To achieve balanced revenue generation from a diversified number of fundraising programs.
Accountability Goals
To be among the lowest cost-per-dollar raised hospital foundations in Canada.
To continue to be recognized for exemplary governance and accountability practices among Canadian foundations and charities, by our donor community and by other key stakeholders.
Reputation Goals
To be recognized by all of our communities for the integrity, fairness and quality of our fundraising and stewardship activities.
To be recognized by all of our communities for our innovative and effective approaches to fundraising.
