2009 at Emerald Hills.
The Dick Aldridge
Pancreatic Cancer Foundation started in 2005 and is now the
fundraising arm of Pancreatic Cancer Canada. Pancreatic Cancer Canada is
committed to raising awareness and funds to support innovative research in the

raising funds to support Canadian pancreatic cancer researchers such as Drs.
Moore and Gallinger.
Thanks to Pancreatic
Cancer Canada,
over $275,100.00 in total has been provided to research early detection of
pancreatic cancer at The Princess Margaret. Funding has gone towards the Pancreas
Cancer Screening Study – a study in early detection that focuses on developing
screening methods and a gene for familial pancreas cancer.
